Paneer Makhani

  • Step 1 :

    Heat a pan, add 1/2 cup water.
  • Step 2 :

    Now add 4 cup roughly chopped tomatoes,1/2 cup onion, 3-garlic,1/2 inch ginger, 2- green chilli, 15- cashews,3- cloves, 3-green cardamom,1/2 inch cinnamon stick, 1/2 tbsp butter & 2-bay leaf. Mix well.
  • Step 3 :

    Add 1 tsp kashish red chilli powder salt to taste.
  • Step 4 :

    Let the mixture be cooked for about 20-25 minutes until tomatoes are cooked completely.
  • Step 5 :

    Switch off the stove, keep the mixture to cool, remove whole spices & grind it into smooth paste.
  • Step 6 :

    Heat a pan Add 2 tbsp of butter into the pan.
  • Step 7 :

    Add finely chopped ginger & 2 green chilies sliced Saut for about a minute
  • Step 8 :

    Add Salt, Pepper and Soya Sauce.
  • Step 9 :

    Add paneer cubes, add red chilli powder and saut well Finally add tomato puree into the pan, mix well and let it for simmer for about 5 minutes
  • Step 10 :

    Add 1 tbsp kasuri methi and mix well. Garnish it with Fresh coriander and cream and enjoy
