Soya Veggie Fried Rice

  • Step 1 :

    Take 1 & 1/2 cup of Kashish Basmati Rice-Rozana.
  • Step 2 :

    Wash the rice thoroughly and soak it for 20 minutes.
  • Step 3 :

    Heat a Pan. Boil approximately 1.5 litres of water. Add soaked rice into the pan. Boil the rice till it is 90% cooked.
  • Step 4 :

    Switch off the stove , drain the excess water from rice and let it cool completely. Heat a wok. Add 2 TBSP Ghee/Oil into the wok.
  • Step 5 :

    Add finely chopped Veggies carrots, Bell peppers and green chillies. Saute on high heat for about 4-5 minutes.
  • Step 6 :

    Once the veggies are soft, add the fried Soya chunks. Mix everything together & saute for another 3-4 minutes. Add rice to the wok.
  • Step 7 :

    Mix well. Now add salt to taste, crushed black pepper and garnish rice with fresh spring onions.
