Mango Cream Cheese Tarts

  • Step 1 :

    In a large mixing bowl add 100 gm of melted butter,1 and a 1/2 cup of oats powder and 2 tbsp powdered sugar. Knead a dough.
  • Step 2 :

    Take a small portion of dough into a tart mould, press against mini tart moulds to shape them.
  • Step 3 :

    Bake the tarts in a pre-heated oven (for about 10 Minutes) for about 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Step 4 :

    In a large mixing bowl add 40g cream cheese. Whip the cream cheese. Now add 40 ml of full fat milk.
  • Step 5 :

    Add 3/4 cup of Kashish Kesar Mango pulp. Finally Add 2 tbsp powdered sugar and whip the batter until it becomes smooth.
  • Step 6 :

    Let the mixture settle for about 10 minutes. Take baked tarts and fill it with mango cream cheese.
  • Step 7 :

    Finally garnish tarts with your favourite fresh fruits toppings.
